Patiently Waiting on Mail...

Do all women get the same impatient itch that I do when waiting on orders to come in the mail??? Fortunately for most of you, it arrives within a few days...living in Italy means I have to wait 1-2 weeks. Okay, so really not bad at all considering I live in such a fabulous country, with amazing food, delicate wine, oh sorry, I just got lost for a second.

I hadn't spent any, not one cent, of my Christmas $ until now. My order from GAP came in the mail today and I can't wait to use each item in an outfit post. What I'm most excited about...do leather shorts mean anything to you?

I got these bad boys on TopShop (click here) for only $20! Imagining these with my new white lace top, or my black lace top with black tights and leopard wedges. I have seriously been daydreaming about these shorts and all the possibilities since I hit "confirm order." Coming soon, to a computer screen near you!

A peek of 2 things I ordered at Forever21, great for all seasons since they're both sheer and lightweight. I wouldn't have normally gravitated to either item, but I'm switching things up and trying to buy clothes with more print.

Forever21 is having a great online sale, 50% off outerwear, sale items starting at $3.99, and lots of great buys for spring 2012. I could have easily spent 100's of dollars, but everything seems to be going at a rapid rate. Can ya blame 'em?

Gracelynn Rose Designs & GIVEAWAY

Today I'm very excited to introduce everyone to Gracelynn Rose Designs! The owner, Stephanie, is one of my closest and dearest friends that I consider more of a sister. The first time we met it was instant friendship, now we've known each other for 5 years. Even though we're currently thousands of miles apart it's as if we never left. Gems & Jewels

I'm a huge fan of big, chunky, gemmed (word?), and jeweled rings. Recently I received my Forever 21 order in the mail and immediately fell in love with the accessories I'd purchased. They're fun, functional, trendy, and sometimes even conversation starters. Forever 21 has great pieces for an exceptionally low price compared to many other stores. And honestly the pieces that I've bought have lasted a long time. Similar gemstone ring here / Eagle ring here / Knuckle ring in gold & brown here I seriously wear that eagle as often as possible...lol WOW...and let's not even talk about my totally un-manicured and unpainted nails....uugghhhh! Short on Inspiration?

HOLY COW! There is so much inspiration out there for denim shorts! Usually I'm more of a skirt/dress person in the spring and summer, but I'm just really feeling all the cool shorts out there and wanna be a part of it all. I wish you could all come to my house and have a big ole' DIY party, sip on mojitos, laugh, and have a good time. Instead it looks like the hubby is gonna be helping me out because I can't wait any longer to do this. Originally I was going to wait on this post until after I finished making the shorts, but I just couldn't wait. I mean can you tell how excited I am about this? Okay, so I can't tell you ALL the ideas that are running around in my mind that I'm sure is run by mignons , then there would be no element of surprise. But here are a few...
